With over 16 years of professional experience, she has mastered her skills in organization, creativity and streamlining operations to ensure no box is left unchecked. Caitlin has an associate’s degree in business management and a passion for helping others align their spending with their financial goals and values. At Cultivate Wealth, she is excited to be part of the team to enhance the client experience.

Family is Caitlin’s top priority, and she firmly believes that family goes beyond what you’re born into, it expands to the relationships you create along the way. Caitlin and her husband, Derek, are raising their children, Lauryn and Gibson, in their dream home near Lake Wisconsin. She embarked on a journey as a surrogate to help another couple grow their own family as a pursuit of being part of something bigger than oneself. Additionally, her family opened their home and hosted a foreign exchange student from Belgium and will always be considered part of the Frye family. She finds joy in meditation, fitness, being outdoors, exploring new places, and soaking up sunshine-activities that bring balance and positivity into her life.
