Meet Abby

Abby’s warm and approachable personality, paired with her keen attention to detail, makes her an exceptional Client Service Manager. Her strong customer service skills allow her to prioritize the needs of clients and foster lasting, meaningful relationships. Abby genuinely enjoys meeting new clients and finds great satisfaction in assisting them in any way she can.

Abby holds degrees in Liberal Arts and Accounting Assistance from Madison College. She launched her career in banking, where she spent over 16 years working across various departments and gaining a comprehensive understanding of the financial industry. Throughout her career, she built strong relationships with clients and demonstrated a talent for solving complex problems, which has allowed her to create lasting value for both clients and the company.

Abby resides in Sauk City with her husband, Alex, and their two cats, Auggie and Artemis. In her spare time, she enjoys attending Brewer games and traveling to different cities to support the team. On sunny days, you’ll often find her visiting local wineries or breweries with her twin sister. Abby loves to travel with her husband, and together, they’re on a mission to hike in every National Park across the United States.
